So the insurance issues have began. Our dilemma is about Builders Risk Insurance and finding insurance to cover our storage unit. The builder will provide builders risk but I have to find somewhere to cover just our storage unit and there seems like no one wants to do that. Pray for me this morning as I start to figure this out. Craig dealt with it yesterday for 3 hours. Will let you know the outcome for your benefit.
We plan to start building November 2, 2009. We are waiting until our current house closes on October 30. We think this is a wise idea! You just never know.
These are pictures of the lot before contstruction begins. We are able to leave most trees. We are really excited we can leave the big oak tree that will be in the front yard. For 5.5 years we have wanted trees and now we will have them!
